There are three levels of Outlook synchronization users. Super users and power users have administration privileges when working with Outlook synchronization.

Regular users can set up, view, and filter synchronization related data. However, these users cannot do the following:

Power users have permissions to change the credentials and settings of any other user. Power users can also add more Microsoft Dynamics NAV fields to be synchronized or remove some of the fields that were previously defined for the synchronization.

Super users have full control of the synchronization process. Super users have system administrator privileges that enable them to define the direction of the synchronization. For more information, see Synchronization Process. They can also change the Mapping Schema, which is common for all synchronization users.
