If you have added contacts to a segment or removed contacts from a segment by mistake, you have the possibility to go one step back by clicking Actions, Functions, Segment, Go Back.

When you click Go Back, the program cancels any of the following modifications you have made to the segment lines:

Adding contacts

Removing contacts (reducing or refining your segment)

Reusing saved criteria

Reusing logged segment
