Open the 
Dispatch Board window.
Contains an overview of your service orders. On the General FastTab, you can set filters, for example, if you only want to view service orders for a particular customer, service zone or you only want to view service orders needing reallocation.
In the lines of the Dispatch Board window, the program displays the information that you have selected. From this window, you can allocate resources to service items within the service orders.
For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
