Specifies the basis for service quotes, orders, invoices, and credit memos.
The service header contains the general information about a specific service document. The table specifies information about your customer, service document number, service order status, response time, bill-to customer, shipments, starting and finishing dates, spare parts overview, currency, and so on.
For each service document the program associates the service header with one or more service lines.
