Open the 
Interaction Template Setup window.
Allows you to specify the interaction templates you want the program to use when recording interactions.
On the General FastTab you specify the interaction templates for e-mails, cover sheets and outgoing calls.
On the Sales, Purchases and Service FastTabs you specify the interaction templates for sales, purchase and service documents respectively.
For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
