You can specify interaction templates for the documents such as sales, purchase, and service documents, emails, cover sheets, and phone calls to be used when recording interactions.

To specify a template for interaction logging

  1. In the Search box, enter Interaction Template Setup, and then choose the related link.

  2. On the General FastTab, specify the interaction templates for emails, cover sheets, outgoing calls, and meeting invitations.

  3. On the Sales, Purchases and Service FastTabs, specify the interaction templates for sales, purchase, and service documents respectively.
