Open the 
Get Prepaid Contract Entries window.
Gets prepaid contract ledger entries for a selected service contract as service lines in a service credit memo.
If you remove contract lines from a service contract or cancel a service contract, and a credit memo is not automatically created for prepaid amounts, you need to create a credit memo manually. You can use this batch job to enter the prepaid information on the credit memo lines.
This batch job finds all service ledger entries for the selected service contracts that have been posted to the contract's prepaid account and enters the information about these entries on the lines in a service credit memo.
To run the batch job, open the 
Service Credit Memo window. On the Actions tab, in the Functions group, choose Get Prepaid Contract Entries.
