When you have created a sales order, you can see additional information about the order.

To view additional information about a sales order

  1. In the Search box, enter Sales Orders, and then choose the related link.

  2. Create the order and fill in the fields with the relevant information.

  3. On the Navigate tab, in the Order group, choose Card to see the Customer card.

  4. To add a comment to the sales order, close the Customer card. In the Sales Order window, on the Navigate tab, in the Order group, choose Comments to enter a comment on the order.
