After the working days have been created, the exceptions must be specified.

To set up a holiday calendar

  1. In the Search box, enter Shop Calendars, and then choose the related link.

  2. Open the calendar you want.

  3. On the Navigate tab, in the Shop Cal. group, choose Holidays.

  4. Enter the planned holiday. The holiday may only be a portion of the planned work time. In this case, enter only the corresponding period of time by filling in the Starting Date-Time and Ending Time fields.
