When an attachment has been assigned to an interaction template, you can remove it, for example, if the document is not used any more.
To remove an attachment
In the Search box, enter Interaction Templates, and then choose the related link.
Select the interaction template containing the attachment you want to delete.
On the Navigate tab, in the Attachment group, choose Remove.
