You can specify detailed information about your contacts by using profiles. You can enter all the characteristics that can help you improve your business relationships with your contacts.

To enter a contact profile

  1. In the Search box, enter Contacts, and then choose the related link.

  2. Select the relevant contact.

  3. On the Navigate tab, in the Contact group, choose Profiles. The Contact Profile Answers window opens.

    The profile questionnaires that are available for a contact are displayed in the Profile Questionnaire Code field. Only those profiles that are relevant for the contact are displayed. For example, if the contact is a company, the questionnaires that are assigned to contact persons are not displayed.

  4. In the Profile Questionnaire Code field, select the questionnaire that you want to apply to the contact, and choose the OK button.

    The Contact Profile Answers window contains a list of questions and answers.

  5. Select the relevant Answer fields for each question.

On the Contact card, on the Lines FastTab, you can see the profile questionnaire data.
