You can add comments to each work center.

To enter comments for work centers

  1. In the Search box, enter Work Centers, and then choose the related link.

  2. Open the relevant Work Center card from the list.

  3. On the Navigate tab, in the Work Ctr. group, choose Comments.

  4. Enter a comment in the Comment field, and possibly a date in the Date field if you want the comment to be time related.

  5. To insert a new comment between existing comment lines, select the line below which you want to insert the new comment.

  6. On the Home tab, in the New group, choose New to insert an empty comment line.

  7. Close the window.
