You can create to-dos for teams from the team To-do List.

To create a team phone call to-do or a blank to-do

  1. In the Search box, enter Teams and then choose the related link.

  2. Select the team you want to create a to-do for.

  3. On the Navigate tab, in the Teams group, choose To-dos. The To-do List window opens.

  4. On the Actions tab, in the Process group, choose Create To-do. The Create To-do wizard opens.

  5. Select the option Blank or Phone Call.

  6. Fill in the Description, Date, and Time fields, and then choose the Next button.

  7. To select a contact for this to-do, choose the AssistEdit button, and select a contact from the Contact List.

  8. Choose the Next button to add more information, or choose the Finish button.

To create a team meeting to-do

  1. In the Search box, enter Teams and then choose the related link.

  2. Select the team you want to create a to-do for.

  3. On the Navigate tab, in the Teams group, choose To-dos. The To-do List window opens.

  4. On the Actions tab, in the Process group, choose Create To-do. The Create To-do wizard opens.

  5. Select the option Meeting.

  6. Fill in the Description, Date, and Time fields and choose the Next button.

  7. In the Attendance Type field, select To-do Organizer, and fill in the line for the organizer. Add other attendees.

  8. Choose the Next button to add more information, or choose the Finish button.

Note
The information from to-do organizer's salesperson card will be used for synchronization with Outlook.
