After you have posted time sheets, you can archive them for future reference. Before you can archive, all lines must be posted.

When you archive a time sheet, it is removed from the Time Sheet list and the Manager Time Sheet list.

To archive time sheets

  1. In the Search box, enter Move Time Sheets to Archive, and then choose the related link.

  2. Set filters as appropriate, and then choose the OK button to start the batch job.

There are two views of archived time sheets: standard and manager. The following procedure describes how to review time sheets that have been archived.

To review archived time sheets

  1. In the navigation pane, choose Resource Planning.

  2. Under History, choose one of the following items.

    History item Description

    Time Sheet Archives

    Opens the Time Sheet Archive List window. You can view archived time sheets if you have permissions to view the time sheet.

    Manager Time Sheet Archives

    Opens the Manager Time Sheet Arc. List window. You can view archived time sheets if you have permissions to view the manager time sheet.

  3. Select a time sheet, and on the Home tab, choose View Time Sheet.
