Specifies a reason code that will be inserted on the journal lines.
You can use anything you want for a reason code. Reason codes are used to show where an entry was created.
The program will automatically insert the reason code on a journal batch that is created under the journal template and also on the lines that are created in the journal batch. The code can be changed on both the journal batch and the lines.
To see the existing reason codes in the Reason Code table, choose the field.
