Specifies the number of units per parcel of this item.
This field is used only for items.
The program automatically retrieves the quantity from the Item table when you fill in the No. field. The field is blank if the Item table does not contain a number of units per parcel.
In the purchase statistics window, the number of units per parcel on the line helps to determine the total number of units for all the lines for the particular purchase header. To open the statistics window, click Related Information, point to the menu option called Quote, Order, Invoice or Credit Memo (the name will be the same as that of the purchase document you are in) and then choose Statistics.
