Specifies the percentage that will be used to calculate tax for all amounts or quantities below the maximum amount quantity in the Maximum Amount/Qty. field.
For example, you can enter 6.00 in this field, 400.00 in the Maximum Amount/Qty. field and 3.00 in the Tax Above Maximum field. If your transaction is for a value less than or equal to $400.00, the tax will be 6%. Otherwise, the tax will be 3%.
If you haven't entered an amount in the Maximum Amount/Qty. field, the value in this field will be used for all tax calculations to which this tax detail applies.
