Contains a description of the entry. The description depends on the contents of the Type field.
If the Type field is blank, the description field is blank or it contains a finance charge text. It can also contain a Standard Text if you have entered the code for the standard text in the No. field. You can also type in a text.
If the Type field contains "Customer Ledger Entry," the program copies the description from the Line Description field in the Finance Charge Terms table. If no line description has been entered for the current terms, the program copies the posting text from the customer ledger entry to this field.
If the program has inserted a line with an additional fee, this field contains "Additional Fee."
