Shows the net change in the inventory of the item during the period entered in the Date Filter field.
The program automatically calculates and updates the contents of the field using the Quantity field in the Item Ledger Entry table.
You can filter the Net Change field so its contents are calculated only on the basis of one or any combination of the following:
- Global Dimension 1 values
- Global Dimension 2 values
- locations
- item variants

lot numbers
-
serial numbers
You can also set a filter in the Drop Shipment Filter field so that the contents of the Net Change field are calculated on the basis of the items that were shipped as a drop shipment.
To see the item ledger entries that make up the number shown, choose the field.
