Specifies a date from which the text will be used on the item, account, resource or standard text.
For example, if you offer an item at a special price for a limited period, you can ensure that the text describing this offer is inserted on all orders created during the specified time period. In this situation, you must also insert an ending date for the text in the Ending Date field.
