Specifies whether the text will be available on prepayment purchase credit memos.
If you select the check box, the text will be available on prepayment purchase credit memos. If you want to insert the text automatically on prepayment purchase credit memos, you must select the Automatic Ext. Texts field on the Item or G/L Account card.
