Specifies whether the text will be available on purchase credit memos.
A check mark in the check box indicates that the text will be available on purchase credit memos.
If you want the program to insert the text automatically on purchase credit memos, you must place a check mark in the Automatic Ext. Texts field on the Item or G/L Account card.
