Specifies the reason code.
You can enter a maximum of 10 characters, both numbers and letters.
The program will then automatically insert the reason code on the lines that are created under the journal batch. If you want to use a different reason code, you can change it on the journal line.
For example, if you have to adjust your inventory because of spoilage, you can set up a reason code to denote this type of entry.
