Shows the reason code that has been entered on the item journal template.
The program automatically inserts the code from the Reason Code field in the item journal template.
You can use anything you want for a reason code. Reason codes are used to show where an entry was created.
The program will automatically insert the reason code on the lines that are created under the journal batch. If you want to use a different reason code on a journal line, you can change it on the line.
To see the reason codes in the Reason Code table, choose the field.
