Shows the reason code that is linked to the general journal template.
The program inserts the code automatically from the Reason Code field in the General Journal Template table.
You can use anything you want for a reason code. Reason codes are used to show why an entry was created.
The program automatically inserts the reason code on all the lines that are created under the journal batch. If you want to use a different reason code on a journal line, you can change it on the line.
To see the reason codes in the Reason Code table, choose the field.
