Specifies the URI for where your documents are stored, such as your site on SharePoint Online.
You can use the Location field to specify the web address to your document service, such as https://Cronus.sharepoint.com or https://Cronus.sharepoint.com/Subsidiary. Then you can use the Description field to describe the service to your coworkers, such as Our SharePoint Online site. For more information, see How to: Configure Online Document Storage.

If your company uses services such as Office 365 and SharePoint Online to store and access your documents, you can set up this service in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Then, when you open a document from Microsoft Dynamics NAV, such as a budget that you want to see in Excel, Microsoft Dynamics NAV uses the document service.
