Contains the type of contact, which can be either a company or person. The program preselects the Company option as a default, but you can change it by clicking the field and selecting the Person option.

When you create a new Sales Quote for the customer in the Sales and Receivables area, the program will retrieve the information about the customer and fill in the relevant fields from the corresponding customer card.

If you have selected the Person option, when you create a new sales quote and change the contact number in the Sell-to Contact No. field to the contact number of a person, the system will retrieve the information about the selected contact and fill in the relevant Sell-to Address, Sell-to Address 2, and Sell-to Post Code/City fields from the corresponding contact card.
