Shows the total amount of credit memos issued to the customer in LCY.
The program automatically calculates and updates the contents of the field using those entries in the Original Amt. (LCY) field in the Cust. Ledger Entry table where the document type is Credit Memo.
You can filter the Cr. Memo Amounts (LCY) field so that its contents are based only on certain Global Dimension 1 values, Global Dimension 2 values and/or dates.
To see the customer ledger entries that make up the amount shown, click the field.
