Specifies a country/region code for the customer. To see the country/region codes and address formats in the Countries/Regions window, click the field.
This field is used for registering EU VAT and reporting INTRASTAT. You can also use the country/region code to sort customers in the customer list. This will let you see all the German customers, for example.
The program uses the country/region code to format the customer's address (post code, city, county, contact address) fields on printouts.
