Shows the date of the cost budget entry.
A budget can be set up for a week, a month, a quarter, a year, or an accounting period. The budget figure is always entered on the first day of the selected time interval.
For example, if you have chosen a year as the time interval for the budget figure, the figure is entered on January 1. If you have chosen a quarter, it is entered on the first day of the first month in the quarter.
