This window shows the report as it will look when printed on paper.
In Print Preview, you see a dynamic representation of the report. In this view, the report that is displayed is an interactive image; for example, you can use links, view the document map, and expand and collapse hidden areas of the report. You can sort data or toggle visibility.
To see a representation of how the report will look when printed, choose the Print Layout button. Choose this option to toggle between the preview report and the view of the report as it will appear on the printed page. For example, a report with a large image may print on two pages when printed on paper, but in Print Preview may appear on one page.
