Creates a List page and adds fields with the page wizard. List pages display multiple records on a page.

To open this window, on the Tools menu, choose Object Designer, choose Page, and then choose the New button. In the New Page window, select a table from the list, select Create a Page using a wizard, select List, and then choose the OK button.

The following table describes the contents of the first page of the List Page Wizard.

Field Description

Available Fields list box

Contains a list of the fields from the table you want to display on the page.

Field Order list box

Contains the fields that you have selected to include on the page and the order they will appear.

Controls Description

Adds a field from the Available Fields list box.

Adds all the fields from the Available Fields list box.

< button

Removes the selected field from the Field Order list box.

<< button

Removes all the fields from the Field Order list box.

Back button

Not enabled.

Next button

Moves to the next page.

Preview button

Not enabled.

Finish button

Opens Page Designer.
