Open the Inventory Availability window.

Displays a list of the individual items' inventory and much other information about them: quantity on sales order, quantity on purchase order, back orders from vendors, minimum inventory, and whether there is a reorder. The report can be used, for example, as the basis for deciding when to purchase items.

Options

Use Stockkeeping Unit: Select this field if you want the report to list the availability of items, by stockkeeping unit.

To see the sorting keys and determine the order in which the information is displayed in the report, click Sort.
