Open the 
Cost Register window.
Shows posted cost entries sorted and divided by each cost register. You can determine which registers' entries are shown by setting a filter. It is important to set a filter because otherwise the report may show a very large amount of information.
The report can be defined so that it functions as a part of the posting process; that is, it can be printed either when you post or later. You print the register when the cost journal is posted by choosing Post and Print. The report can be used as documentation of the posted cost entries or for auditing purpose.
