Open the 
Resource Utilization window.
Shows a list of statistical information about the usage of each resource.
The resource's Usage (Qty.) is compared with its capacity and the remaining capacity (in the Balance field):
Balance = Capacity - Usage (Qty.)
The report displays the contents of the following fields: No., Type Name, Capacity, Usage (Qty.), and Balance.
