Users must specify a password and then confirm it by specifying it again. If the two passwords are not identical, an error message displays. Also, the specified password must be strong, so it must consist of 8 or more characters, at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one digit.

By specifying a strong password when you export or import encrypted data, you can protect data better. The Set Password window does not protect your data, so you must use it in combination with other security measures, such as encryption and restricted permissions to files.
