Open the 
Table Filter window.
Specifies a security filter. Security filters allow you to limit the access that a user has to the data in a table. You do this by specifying that the user only has permission to access certain records in the table.
To create a security filter, choose a field in the table that is specified in the Permissions window, and then enter a value for the field.
