Open the Config. Package Fields window.

Specifies the fields that are that will be used in the company configuration process. For each table that is in the list of configuration tables, the Config. Package Fields window displays a list of all the fields in the table and indicates the order in which the data in a field is to be processed.

If the data in a field comes from another table, that table is indicated in the Config. Package Fields window. If the data in a field is to be validated during processing, that is also indicated in the window.

Additional Information

You can change the order in which fields for a table are imported in a configuration package. On the Actions tab, choose Move Up or Move Down to change the order of the fields. When you export the configuration information to Excel, the order that you specify for processing is the order in which the fields will be listed in columns in Excel.

When you migrate data from other systems, you can then copy and paste matching columns to suit your needs.
