Open the 
Cash Flow Comment window.
Specifies additional information.
You can enter additional information as comments to the cash flow forecast about the contents of the fields in the Cash Flow Forecast Card window.
For example, you can enter a comment that you have made special conditions for a cash flow forecast or that only special values are posted to a cash flow account.
Comments are not printed.
