Specifies whether a particular date or day is a recurring nonworking day. It can be either Annual Recurring or Weekly Recurring
If the field contains Annual Recurring, then the Date field contains the relevant date. If the field contains Weekly Recurring, then the Day field contains the relevant day of the week.
