Open the 
Standard General Journals window.
Specifies any standard general journals that have been created and that you can reuse with the Get Standard Journals function.
To select a standard journal to be inserted in the general journal, select the line in question and click OK.
To view a standard general journal, select the line in question and click Standard, Show Journal.
