Open the 
Sales Analysis Lines window.
Defines lines for the analysis report. You can define some lines that will appear in reports and others that will be used for calculation purposes only. A line can specify one or more items, groups, or salespeople. You can use the Insert Lines function to copy items, groups or salespeople to your report.
In the Analysis Report window, you can view analysis reports using the various templates for lines and columns you have set up.
