Open the 
Sales Prepayment Percentages window.
Defines default prepayment rates for items. These prepayment rates are expressed as a percentage of the item price. A prepayment percentage can be for an individual customer, for a customer price group, or for all customers.
You can also use the Prepayment % field on the customer card to assign a default prepayment percentage for all types of sales lines, for the customer.
The program copies the default prepayment percentage for an item to sales lines for that item, but you can change the percentage on the sales line. The program uses the prepayment percentage on each line to calculate the prepayment line amount.
