Open the 
Service Contract Groups window.
Contains the different service contract groups that you can assign to your service contracts and contract quotes. You can use service contract groups to group together related contracts for statistical purposes and to limit contract discounts on services to be given on contracted service orders only.
In this window, you can also create new service contract groups.
For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
