Open the Service Contract window.

Contains information about your service contracts. It contains both basic information about the contract (for example, customer, starting date, shipping and invoicing) and more detailed information on service items, payment, price updates and cancellations.

In this window, you can create new service contracts. Also you can create service contract quotes in the Service Contract Quote window and then convert the contract quote to a service contract.

The Service Contract window is composed of two parts:

• The header, which contains general, shipping, service, invoicing, account, price update and details information about the contract.
  
• The lines, which contain the service items that are a part of the contract.
  

For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
