Specifies from which source will be used to copy the list of components for a complex service item. You can select one of the following options:

|---|---|
None | This is a default value in this field. |
Item BOM | The component list is copied from the item BOM. |
Old Service Item | Components are copied from the old service item, but the serial number is not copied. |
Old Service Item | Select this check box to include contacts for which the Exclude from Segment field has been selected on the contact card. |
