Open the 
Posted Service Credit Memos window.
Contains the service credit memos that you have issued. For each individual entry, you can see the card with the detailed information and get an overview of statistical data, such as VAT and Quantity and Amount details. You can also print the credit memos.
You cannot enter, change or delete anything in this window.
For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
