Open the 
Default Service Hours window.
Contains the default service hours in your company that are valid for all service contracts, unless you set up contract specific service hours. This window displays the starting and ending service hours in your company for each weekday.
In this window, you can also enter new default service hours.
For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
