Open the Service Comment Sheet window.

Contains the comments that you have entered about your service orders, service item faults, service item resolutions, service contracts, service items, loaners, and so on. This window displays different information depending on where you open it from. For example, if you open the Service Comment Sheet window from the Service Contract window, it displays the comments you have entered for that particular contract.

In this window, you can also enter new comments.

For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
