Open the 
Payment Tolerance Warning window.
Specifies if you want to allow payment tolerance or payment discount tolerance on a particular application.
The warning appears when you try to post an application that has a balance within the tolerance that you have specified in the General Ledger Setup window.
You can deactivate the warning.
